Steve Haug, Executive Chef

Executive Chef Steve Haug definitely knows his way around delectable seafood and steak. With an extensive background in the fine dining steakhouse scene and the Houston culinary world, Chef Steve is excited to bring his bold new flavors to his kitchen at The Oceanaire Seafood Room. Prior to joining The Oceanaire team, Chef Steve spent several years working with fresh local seafood and prime steaks in Florida, before discovering his true calling and love of Gulf Coast cuisine in Texas. Most notably, Chef Steve spent 18 years working for Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, including 10 years as the executive chef at the premier Galleria location. When Chef Steve is not serving the freshest seafood in Houston, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and anything that allows him to enjoy the great outdoors.
