Aaron Valimont, Executive Chef / Partner

Eastern Washington native Chef Aaron Valimont cut his teeth in the restaurant business in the South Puget Sound area, at Tacoma's The Lobster Shop and Seattle's Washington Athletic Club, working under Executive Chef Will MacNamara before taking his knives to the TPC Snoqualmie Ridge Golf Club.

Aaron later trained under Food and Wine "Best New Chef" Gordon Naccarato, opening The Pacific Grill as Sous Chef, ultimately being promoted to Executive Chef. Valimont's time at The Pacific Grill enamored him in the industry and developed him into a well respected individual working within the community and donating his time to many various charities.
